Established on the site of the old college grounds, this well-placed development, comprising 3 and 4-bedroom homes along with 1 and 2 bad apartment and its aesthetically pleasing open spaces.
EPC provided project-based quantity surveying services, managing all costs associated with the build both in relation to the main contract and with the supply chain. From valuations, final accounts, supplier payments and reporting on cost variances, we provided fully outsourced, but at the same time entirely invested commercial services to the main contractor, SJ Roberts Construction.
