Established in 2017, EPC Construction Consultants works with builders, developers, architects and major organisations undertaking building projects. Our intelligent and diverse group of experts provide a range of services including quantity surveying, project management, estimating and drone surveying and video imagery.
Elliot and his wider team focus on delivering an exceptional service with a great level of detail and consistency to provide timely solutions for your construction needs. Our vision is to become the leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in the Midlands supporting all aspects of property and construction within the built environment.

Meet the Founder
Elliot Brooks Founder & Managing Director
Elliot founded EPC Construction Consultants in 2017, with the vision and core values necessary to build a multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy.
Experienced, personable and committed, Elliot and his team of experts can deliver excellent service day-in, day-out. Elliot’s intrinsic love for ‘building things’, provides all the motivation necessary to deliver a top quality service.
With a strong background in pre and post-contract commercial management, Elliot has worked for a number of regional contractors as well as national house builders, delivering schemes up to £50m.
Having a varied background from new-build city centre high rise, to rural conversions, Elliot is well placed to add value to any project.
Having worked on a variety of schemes and alongside a number of professional service providers, my extensive experience enables me to identify scenarios or incidents that we, as a business, can improve upon.
The one thing that has been consistent throughout the successful delivery of any project, is the quality and consistency of communication.
I founded EPC Construction Consultants to bridge the gap between excellent service and equally effective communication. Offering a combination that provides our clients with a personable and experienced consultancy firm, that they can trust.
