EPC CC Role: Pre-contract cost estimating and contract negotiations. Construction phase commercial management, including; Sub-contract procurement and commercial management, cost reporting, main contract valuations, final account administration and negotiation.
Our client was appointed under a design and build contract to refurbish and reconfigure, communal areas, occupied apartments, including forming 3 new apartments and extending the existing lift shaft with new corridor access to levels 5 and 6.
On behalf of the main contractor NE Cox construction, we provided Estimating services in the pre-contract phase and then quantity surveying and commercial management services in the construction phase monitoring and reporting on all the costs associated with the build. From general procurement, valuations, cost reporting and final accounts, our team are fully integrated with the project team for this scheme.
