We’re hiring a project manager!

Construction Project Manager/ PQS/ Employers Agent.

We are looking to recruit a project manager to join our team in Telford, with a view to operate across the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be given full autonomy to develop this area of the business and will be expected to bring their own ideas, client leads and experience, to increase secured sales into 2021 and beyond.

As Project Manager you will be part of an exciting, growing, young team who are involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects. You will be working on a range of construction projects across all sectors including Residential, Local Authority, Education and care home developments both new Build and Refurbishment up to £30m.

Requirements:

• A construction related degree (MRICS preferred but not essential)
• Experience within a PQS environment
• Experience of independently running projects from inception to completion
• Team Management Skills
• Employers Agent Experience
• Extensive Cost Plan Experience

Salary:

Competitive based on experience.
