We’re working on behalf of a client with a secured project based in Sutton Coldfield, with an anticipated start mid-May and looking for contractors willing and able to tender for the following packages;

• Demolitions and alterations – c.£60-70k
• Flat Roofing – c.£10k
• Cladding – c.£10k
• Glazing/ Curtain Walling – c.£25k
• Tarmac re-surfacing – c.£20k
• Tender turn-around time 2 weeks.
